- **Information from third parties**: geolocation data derived from your IP address, used to verify eligibility by state/region.

- Operate the Sweepstakes described in our [Official Rules](official-rules.md), including verifying eligibility and contacting winners
- Send you marketing emails from Serendipia and, where you have consented, from our marketing partners

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate entries

Where required by law, we rely on your consent (for marketing communications and TCPA-covered contacts) and our legitimate business interests (for fraud prevention and Sweepstakes administration) to process your information.

- **Offerwall / Linkout partners**: if you choose to view or click on third-party offers presented after entry, we may share limited information (such as a non-identifying lead reference ID) with the offer provider to attribute your click; we do not share your email or PII with an offer provider unless you separately submit information directly to them.
- **Service providers**: vendors who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, email delivery, fraud/geolocation services), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- **Legal and safety**: where required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Serendipia, our users, or others.
- We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration in the traditional sense; to the extent applicable state law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA) treats our sharing of information with marketing partners as a "sale" or "share," see Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
