# Serendipia $1,000 Cash Giveaway — Official Rules

## 1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Winsmoread Limited, located at 503A 5/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street CA ("Sponsor").
## 2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, **excluding residents of Rhode Island**, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
## 3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [TBD — set at /admin/campaigns] and ends on [TBD — set at /admin/campaigns] (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
## 4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit winsmoread.com and complete the online entry form, including a valid email address and any other requested information, then click "Submit"/"Continue" to complete entry. Limit: **one (1) entry per person / email address / household** for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, household, or using multiple email addresses, or through the use of any automated, robotic, or third-party entry service, will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, or devices.
## 5. Prize
**One (1) winner** will receive: **$1,000 USD in cash** (the "Prize"), to be delivered by [TBD — set at /admin/campaigns] within [TBD] days of winner verification.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $1,000 USD. Total ARV of all prizes for the Sweepstakes: $1,000 USD.
No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
## 6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
## 7. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about [TBD — set at /admin/campaigns]. The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within [TBD] business days of selection.
Potential winner must respond to the notification within [TBD] days, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and to provide taxpayer identification information (see Section 9), within the time period stated in the notification, or the prize will be forfeited.
## 8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission that may limit an entrant's ability to enter the Sweepstakes.
## 9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Prize. Because the Prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to prize fulfillment, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
## 10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
## 11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
**PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.** Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its rules, and entrant further agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in CA for purposes of enforcing any such arbitration award. This Section shall survive termination of these Official Rules.
## 12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
